Remember high school senior Nick Sofos, who mooned his class at a drama club fundraiser, and was suspended for 10 days, and then some? (Click here to read the post). He's back in court because his parents want to make sure the school allows him to graduate on May 25th. The Collier County School Board said they will decide on May 22nd if Nick should be expelled.
