Remember yesterday's post about the driver who brandished a gun during an argument with a cyclist? Turns out he was released on bail, and never showed up for his subsequent court appearance. Fast forward to November 2010 in Idaho, where deputies tried to bring him in. A shootout ensued, and Mr. Scrivner, who shot a deputy in the stomach and ankle, was killed. Here's the follow-up piece.
